MEMBERSHIPS:

Memberships are available. Without a membership, a non-member surcharge will be charged on a per program basis. Memberships are NONREFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERABLE in whole or in part.
* Memberships are not required for 1 Day Activities.

Annual Membership Rates
Family	$40 + GST
Adults (19 - 54 years)	$20 + GST
Seniors (55 yrs. +)	$10 + GST
Children/Youth (18 yrs. & under)	$10 + GST
Adult Student (19 - 25 yrs. with valid full-time student ID)	$10 + GST
Non-member Surcharges
Without membership (adult)	Course fee+ $10 surcharge
Without membership (youth/student/senior)	Course fee+ $5 surcharge

REFUNDS:

All refunds and credits are subject to a $5.00 + GST administration fee per registered program.

1) CANCELLED PROGRAMS
100% refund or the prorated refund, or Credit Voucher: your choice. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks. Fee payments made by Visa/MC will be credited to your account. All other refunds are made by cheque

2) MEDICAL WITHDRAWAL
100% refund or the prorated value of the class will be given based on a medical slip.

3) ANY OTHER REASON
To obtain a full refund you must withdraw from a course at least one week before the course starts. Thereafter a credit voucher will be issued. Once classes commence, a prorated CREDIT voucher will be issued. Refunds will take 2 weeks to process.

POLICIES:
Fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard or Interact.

CANCELLATION- The Comox Recreation Commission reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. A FULL/PRORATED refund will be given and every effort will be made to notify those registered.

HOLIDAYS- Programs will not be held on holidays unless otherwise indicated.

CHANGES- The Comox Recreation Commission has the right to change times and locations of programs.

TAXES- GST will be charged on all programs when majority of participants are over the age of 14 yrs.

PAYMENT- Postdated cheques are not accepted.
