...Special Needs | Operation Highjump |  | This yearly 'just for fun' trackmeet is open to all those mentally and physically challenged children, youth and adults in the Comox Valley, Powell River , Campbell River and surrounding areas. Categories are divided by both age and sex. There is no cost. Lunch is provided by Quality foods, water by Water Pure and Simple and funding by Courtenay Kiwanis, and Comox Recreation.
