We are located in the Comox Valley on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada in what we call the Recreation Capital of Canada! Our mission at Comox Recreation is to provide Comox residents, along with visitors to the Comox Valley, with a variety of recreation, culture and arts programs to suit every lifestyle, age and interest!
Comox Recreation offers an average of 130 different recreation programs each quarter along with some 40 special events each year featuring sports, recreation, arts and culture.
Some of our classes and programs include dance classes (ballet), yoga classes, badminton, basketball, volleyball, tennis, squash, racquetball, kayaking, archery, mountain biking, sailing, fencing, karate, fitness studio, soccer, arts, snow sports and more.

Comox Meeting & Event Facilities
If you are putting on a meeting or event in Comox, BC you can book one of the meeting rooms or lounges, the gymnasium, commercial kitchen or Teen Center in the Comox Recreation Center on Noel Avenue in Comox.
Indoor Recreation Facilities
Comox Recreation has a gymnasium (full gym or half gym) for rent; now you can book your indoor recreation or sports event facilities online.
Outdoor Recreation Facilities
BC loves sports and Comox is no exception. We have a fine selection of sports fields and outdoor recreation facilities available for use.
Baseball Diamonds and Soccer fields
If you are organizing a sporting event like a soccer or baseball tournament in Comox you can contact Comox Recreation to book a soccer field or baseball field.
Tennis Anyone?
With our temperate climate and great weather you just know there will be tennis courts. Comox Recreation has several tennis courts for rent including one tennis facility with a clubhouse.
Dragon Boat Rentals
It wouldn't be Comox without the magnificent ocean view but if you want to do more than just look at the ocean you might consider renting a Dragon Boat for a totally unique experience. Dragon boat crews consist of up to 22 male and/or female paddlers whose age's range from teens to seniors. Rent the boat as part of a group rental or take paddling lessons with us. Either way, paddles, lifejackets and a steers person (where necessary) are included.
Marina Park & Comox Rotary Mariner's Pavilion
Marina Park near downtown Comox is a true community Park used by a wide range of individuals and groups. The park features the Mariners Grand Pavilion and is the hub of waterfront recreation in Comox with access to waterfront walkways, public restrooms, the boat launch and a large children's playground. Call Comox Recreation to rent the Marina Park & the Comox Rotary Mariner's Pavilion.
